WiNN TANZANIA

“Where there is a woman, there is magic.”

WiNN Tanzania is on a mission to bring women together for the conservation of their natural resources. Organized by Dr. Anna Mahulu last year, this group has taken part in numerous community events including partnering with the National Museum of Tanzania and the Jane Goodall Institute Tanzania to plant trees with and foster a sense of environmental stewardship among Tanzanian schoolchildren.

They also presented and shared knowledge on conservation efforts in tropical regions at the Association for Tropical Biodiversity and Conservation (ATBC) conference that took place in place in Kigali, Rwanda, in July, 2024. WiNN Tanzania welcomes and encourages any women to come and join us as we strive to conserve nature in Tanzania now and for generations to come!
