WiNN works to create and support future generations of environmental leaders by developing a global learning community where women come together to share their knowledge and experiences.

A primary pathway we use to build and nurture these connections among women working in conservation is through the development of our individual chapters, which provide
a space for members living in different regions of the world to meet up, mentor, learn from, and support each other on a regional basis. We also offer weekly learning opportunities to all members through our WiNNSDAY lectures and seminars and maintain a robust global WhatsApp messaging group where all members can ask questions, share resources. news, and information. Regional chapters and WiNN founders also post about relevant upcoming workshops, conferences, internships and fellowships. We also try to post job opportunities with relevant, related organizations. Over 400 WiNN members actively engage in our WhatsApp group.

WiNN helped me know my personality type, improve my self-confidence in my work and also learn how to network to build up my network. They made me more self-aware and [taught me] how to handle finances.
